		<description>Many people invest time in  doing  hundreds of  crunches or sit ups. Then are  disappointed with  their results. It is important that a person does combination of exercises to  look better overall. Mixing  cardio and  strength training is the best bet.

Chin ups, lunges, and  leg raises can help  immensely. A person should stay  hydrated too. Drinking  roughly a gallon of water a day  should help.</description>
