Grab your dumbbell and challenge your abs and core with this spicy intermediate + level abs workout, 20 Mins is all you need! I will be using a 5kgs dumbbell for demo purposes but grab a weight that challenges YOU! 💪🏼

The exercises in this 20 Min Dumbbell ABS Workout will target the Internal and external obliques, transverse and rectus abdominis, pelvic floor muscles, erector spinae.

TIP: When both of your feet are off the floor, make sure your back is completely flat to the ground and your ribs are tucked in.
