Description
This 45 Mins All Standing Kettlebell workout is designed to build upper body strength, challenge core control and balance. I have included unilateral balance movements so if your goal is to improve balance then this one if perfect for you. With a focus on controlled movements, this session will challenge your shoulders, arms, back, and core using just one kettlebell. 💪🏼
Note this is an all standing workout and there are no specific chest exercises, no planks or push ups.

Main Section - 25 Exercises, 60 On / 30 Off
Cool down - 3 Mins, 30 seconds on each exercise
