Hey my loves, welcome to Day 11 of The Longevity Plan.This is our final progression of this mobility flow, and today we’re adding one last layer: loaded mobility. For each sequence, we’ll now include a round using weights to increase passive stretch and range of motion. I recommend a light to medium dumbbell, somewhere between 3 and 6 kg. The goal isn’t to make it heavy, it’s to use the weight as support to deepen control, access more range, and build long-term resilience. Let’s begin. 🧡
