Added in some resistance in today’s workout. The first three exercises are great for focusing on your control, and core stabilization.

One important reason why resistance training is beneficial to your exercises is that it affects our muscles by increasing the formation of myofibrils and then increasing the overall thickness of our muscle fibers. The return is more muscle growth, especially if you’re trying to break through a plateau. If you don’t have a resistance band no worries but I highly recommend you purchase some. Their effective, cheap, and easy to travel with! So hit your warmup and let’s get after it! 🔥

1. Resistance Renegade Row
4 sets 12 reps each arm 1 min break

2. Resistance dumbbell flys
3 sets 8 reps 1 minute break

3. Resistance Cross Punch
4 sets 45 seconds on 15 sec break

4. V sit Press to Jab
3 sets 40 seconds on 20 sec break

5. Plank DB extension to front jab
4 sets 30 sec each arm 30 sec break
