3 sets, 45 seconds on 15 second rest 

2. Bent over Skull Crusher Curl 
3 sets, 12 reps, 1 minute break 

3. Bent over Concentration Curl/Press 
3 sets, 12 reps each arm, 1 minute break 

4. Push-up/ Renegade Row 
3 sets 15 full reps, 30 second rest 

5. Push-up/ Renegade Row 
3 sets 15 full reps, 30 second rest 

6. DB Bridge Press/table top row 
3 sets ,12 reps each arm, 1 min break 

7. DB drag/shoulder tap/tiger bend 
3 sets, 45 seconds on, 15 second rest 

8. Goblit squat/calf raise 
3 sets 15 reps, 1 minute break
