Here are some new bodyweight exercises for your next workout routine. My training is mostly bodyweight. It’s intense, it helps build muscle, I can train anywhere and most of all It challenges the hell outta me.

Most think I do these with ease but I’m putting in work and sweating just like y’all do. All it takes is the will to kill every workout.
