With a background in dance and kinesiology, Carla developed a method that blends Pilates precision with modern body-awareness techniques. Her goal is to make movement enjoyable and sustainable, especially for women recovering from injuries or seeking a more balanced approach to exercise. Carla teaches both in-person and online classes, building a supportive community focused on self-care, alignment, and empowerment through movement.
