This full-body, HIIT cardio workout is designed for beginner trainees. The workout is only 10 minutes long, comprised of 20s work intervals (Tabata). All four exercises are bodyweight, so all you really need for this HIIT is a bit of space in your room! 👍 To maximize your work output, there is a short break after every round, so push yourself hard during each interval! 💪
