Join me for a pilates class you can particpiate in with a shoulder injury. I am in recovery from a Rotator Cuff Injury myself so you will be working out with me in real time with my (very!) real injury. I am four weeks post injury and have been doing daily rehab, this session will work on strengtehning the muscles around the injury as well as getting your whole body moving without straining your shoulder. Please take the advice of your medical professional if in any doubt and absolutely do not do continue any exercise if it causes you pain. Work within a pain free threshold. Options and modifications will be given during the session. Enjoy getting back to movement ❤️
