Get flatter abs in no time with my 30 minute pilates total core workout. With no flexion this is safe for people with bulging, herniated discs and osteoporosis and is a challenge for everyone.
We will be focusing intensely on the engagement of the lower abdominals in order to build strength but also control of the pelvis, with, in additon, weight bearing to boost the metabolism, burn calories and improve your overall level of fitness. All of the exercises are pilates exercises, which I explain at a steady pace that means you can do them with me.
I recommend you do this routine three to four times a week for six weeks and you will see and feel a difference. Not only in flatter abs but also a stronger body with great posture! This workout tones the legs, the back and all of your core muscles. I do it all the time!
It will leave you feeling like you've worked hard but equally relaxed and ready for your day. No props needed, just you and your mat.
