Best BEGINNER Home LEG WORKOUT (No Equipment & No Jumping)

It's leg day! In today's lower body workout we have one of the best beginner home leg workouts. This leg workout is bodyweight only, meaning you won't need any equipment to follow along with this workout at home. It is also no jumping, so it'll be easy on your knees and will be apartment friendly! This no equipment leg workout is 15 minutes long and is broken up into intervals of 45 seconds of duration for each exercise followed by 15 seconds of rest and recovery before the next exercise. Remember positive changes don't happen overnight and take time to achieve. Consistency is key and with hard work anything is possible!
