Hello! This session is an updated version of a prior walk in the woods meditation. I was requested to create a version that has no ambient music and instead has only nature sounds and dialogue.

I hope you enjoy this calming and peaceful meditation that takes you on a meditation walk featuring gentle dialogue and the soothing sounds of the natural world. In this session, you’ll be invited to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with the present moment. Unlike the previous version, this meditation has no background music—just the pure, grounding presence of bird sounds and flowing air. Let the stillness of nature help you release stress, clear your mind, and restore a sense of balance. Feel positive and refreshed!

This meditation session is 16 minutes in total: A little under 12 minutes of spoken guided dialogue and the other 4 minutes are only nature sounds in the background to finalize the session. I recommend turning off your "auto-play" feature on the YouTube player. This can be a great session either in the morning, midday, or before sleep… really any time daily that you need it!
