Join me for a 10 minute standing pilates session for arthritis. This session contains gentle mobilisation and warm up exercises ideal to help ease the aches and pains of arthritis. It is ideal to do first thing in the morning when you're feeling a little stiff and achey as well as a great pre warm before your regular exercise. It is a session I recommend you do daily to ease the pain of arthritis and improve mobility , strength and flexibility. The more often you do it, the better you will feel. ❤️
