This 10 minute strong abs and core workout with dumbbell is designed to challenge your stability, control, and strength while giving you that intense burn. By adding resistance, we’ll target not only your abs but also your obliques and deep core muscles for a complete core session.

We’ll be working for 45 seconds per exercise, with no set rest, just a few seconds to switch positions and stay aligned. It’s a no repeat workout, so every move counts.

Remember to keep your lower back safe and engaged, especially during leg raise or lowers and extensions. The focus is on slow, controlled reps to maximize time under tension and get the most out of each exercise.

All you need is a mat and a dumbbell. For reference, I’m using a 15-lb (6.8 kg) dumbbell, but choose whatever works best for you. The goal is to challenge your abs while maintaining good form throughout.
