Today we are dusting off that stability ball for a quick Glutes, Hamstrings & Abs Workout! We're going to be getting through a series of booty and hamstring exercises as well as exercises to strengthen the core and we're using that stability ball through it all. We have one circuit today and we're just going to get through it one time. It's only 15 minutes but you are going to be feeling the burn!! For a longer session (and a serious challenge) aim to power through 2 rounds
