Dani Spies is a seasoned holistic weight-loss coach, food blogger, and creator of the highly popular Clean & Delicious YouTube channel. With more than 2.3 million subscribers, she brings a grounded, real-food approach to health that resonates with home cooks and wellness seekers alike.
Dani holds a B.S. in Psychology from William Paterson University and has completed certifications in holistic health counseling (Institute of Integrative Nutrition), nutrition and sport performance (UCLA Extension), and mind-body eating coaching (Institute for the Psychology of Eating). Her background also includes professional cooking training at The New School of Cooking, making her expertise a rare blend of culinary skill, nutrition science, and mindset coaching.
Her mission through Clean & Delicious is to demystify clean eating, helping people break free from restrictive diets and cultivate a sustainable relationship with food.
