You will definitely sweat and challenged by each movement during the whole 15 minutes.

I love challenging workouts and that's why I have chosen challenging exercises for you all to burn lots of calories and sweat out the excess water retention.

โ–ธ In those 15min, you will burn anything between 80-150kcal, depending on your weight, height and fitness level.

Another great thing about this workout is, it doesn't need any equipment or not much space either. Therefore, you can do it whenever and whereever you want.

There is no repeat and no break between the exercises. However, if you need rest, do take them Don't worry too much about that. You will improve over time :) that's the best feeling!
