This 30 minute full body Pilates workout helps you build strength and sculpt your body with a resistance band.
Hi, I’m Hong Rabbit, your Korean Pilates instructor 😊
In this session, you will work your entire body from your core and glutes to your arms and legs through mindful and controlled movements. The resistance band adds the right amount of challenge to activate deep stabilizing muscles and improve posture, coordination, and body awareness.
I used a 20lbs (around 13kg) resistance band in this workout to help engage the muscles more effectively and deepen control throughout each movement. Feel the resistance of the band as you move slowly and precisely.
It will help you find better balance and control in your body❤️
