Hey my loves, welcome to Day 7 of The Longevity Plan. 💪 Today’s strength session builds on everything we’ve done so far, with a little twist: In every third set, we’ll slow things down to increase time under tension and give your muscles more time to adapt and grow. We’re also leveling up your core and HIIT sequences with more intense variations than in Week 1. Let’s get it done!
