5 Advanced Fast Feet Drills For Footballers | Level Up Your Foot Speed
Description
In today's video, Calvin and I will take you through a fast feet training session. 5 advanced exercises focusing on fast feet, light plyometrics, and coordination. This training session is follow along, so you do not have to worry about keeping track of rest time etc.
Equipment: 3 Cones
Structure: Line up 3 cones (2 feet spaces in between each cone).
Perform each movement/exercise for 30 seconds, then rest for 30 before moving on to the next exercise. Once you complete the set of 5 exercises, rest one minute before starting the next round. You can complete up to 5 rounds.
Training Session:
1. Lateral fast feet with plyo hop 30 sec
2. Lateral shuffle figure 8 30 sec
3. Skater hop with lateral fast feet 30 sec
4. Forward/backward shuffle Figure 8 30 sec
5. Mini split squat jumps with lateral fast feet 30 sec
One round is 5 minutes long. Enjoy!
