Beginners Step-aerobics workout with DUMBBELLS
Description
Step aerobics is always fun. In this workout, you will need a pair of dumbbells and a step aerobics board. During the first half of this workout we will put you through 5 rounds of 7 compound movements both on and off the board. 10 seconds rest after every exercise.
Immediately after the workout, I will teach you a super fun dance routine on the board for some good old school cardio energy.
