Hybrid Strength Training: PULL Workout - Calisthenics & Weights (Back & Biceps)
Description
Adding calisthenics to weight training into a hybrid gym workout or a program doesn't need to be complicated. You can mix and do it in several ways. Here's a pull day where I combine weights and calisthenics as a hybrid athlete. These training methods can be mixed during a workout, or alternated between different days. There's also the option to add weights to closed kinetic chain exercises for weighted calisthenics to balance the intensity better with %1RM for desired rep ranges and optimal results.
