Get Pilates Strong with my 35 minute full body intermediate pilates workout for older women. This workout is a mix of standing pilates and mat pilates to target the key areas and needs of older women who want to stay strong, fit and flexible. Please note this is NOT a Seniors workout, this is for older women 35+ who enjoy exercise and want a workout created for them. I've designed this based on my experience as a pilates practitioner and lifetime exerciser. I know what works and I know how to safely challenge a more mature body in a intelligent way. Everything you learn in this session you can apply to all my other workouts so think of it as an education as well as a workout. And if you are not an older female , do please do this one as I think you'll be surprised how wonderfully challenging it is.
