Kettlebells for Runners | Full Workout | 15 Minute Follow Along
Description
In this Kettlebells for Runners we will be using a single kettlebell for an efficient 15 minute full body workout.
We will be performing 5 exercises for 3 rounds with 1 minute of rest in between rounds.
The skill level for this training is intermediate and include the following exercises:
1) Hand to Hand Swing, 20 reps
2) Push Press, 8 reps each side
3) Reverse Lunge, 8 reps each side
4) Ballistic Row, 30 reps
5) Front Rack Squat, 5 reps each side
Make sure you are comfortable with each exercise prior to performing this training.
Choose a weight that you can use for the entire round to minimize rest. I am using a 24kg (53lb) bell.
Prior to the this training, please perform a warm up that focuses on mobility, core and heart rate elevation.
