DAY 42 is a Lower Body & Core workout designed to build strength, stability, and control using creative bodyweight movements. No equipment required.
This lower body and core workout at home focuses on single-leg strength, lateral movement, and core engagement under fatigue, making it different from traditional leg workouts that rely on constant squats and lunges.
You’ll move through six supersets, with three exercises per superset, performing 45 seconds of work and 20 seconds of rest. This structure allows you to slow down, stay intentional, and challenge the muscles that matter most for long-term strength and injury prevention.
