Pause & Rest Guided Meditation
Description
Welcome to this pause and rest guided meditation, and give yourself permission to rest. It can act as a reset for your mind before jumping into your next activity.
A pause can be a small or large moment of time. It could be just a moment to take a breath before starting your next activity. Or it could be a year-long sabbatical. There's no formula.
Here in this meditation, I invite you to test out an 8 minute pause. But going forward you can try any number of short pauses. Don't underestimate even a two minute pause to help you collect your thoughts and calm yourself.
