We're going HEAVY today and focusing our strength work on the back of the body today and working your hamstrings, your glutes, your back, and your triceps! This workout was a true straight set challenge that gives you time to focus on one exercise at a time and overloading the muscle to get the most out of each round of 45 seconds.
