Description
This leg day workout is fun and effective as we combine builders and burners for 25 minutes of strength training! This workout will build muscle and definition for lean legs! In this workout, we will target the quads, hamstrings, glutes, and inner and outer thighs.
In each circuit, we will have 1 builder and 2 burners. This structure is great at challenging the muscles and accomplishing increased muscle mass and definition!
EQUIPMENT NEEDED
DUMBBELLS- I used 25lb/11.3kg dumbbells.
