Beautiful family, today we’re diving into 6 ring skills to explore this year. Some of these might already be familiar, what I call the classic skills, inspired by gymnastics and calisthenics. Others, though, fall into what I refer to as contemporary skills, born out of creativity and exploration. Each skill comes with 3 levels of progressions from beginners to advanced, so no matter where you are in your journey, there’s an entry point for you.

Here is the sequence: Shoulder Stand → Straight Body Press → Archer Dip Grip Switch → One Arm Top Support → Ring Flag → Meat Hook → Archer Reverse Meat Hook

What’s more, these skills don’t just stand alone—they connect. In this video, I’ll show you how to transition between them in a fluid ring flow sequence that blends strength, control, and creativity.
