Kabocha, Chicken Cottage Cheese Bowl Recipe
2 cups (250g) Roasted Kabocha Squash
1/3 cup (75g) Cottage Cheese
3 ounces (115g) grilled chicken breast (or any protein source you love!)
A drizzle (4 g) Hot Honey
Place squash and chicken in a bowl. Heat in the microwave or on the stovetop if preferred. Top with cottage cheese and honey! Eat and enjoy!
