Get down and let's hit the FLOOR! Every exercise from your full body workout today will be on the mat and all you need are some dumbbells! This workout is perfect for all fitness levels but especially helpful if you're having a hard time getting motivated, just have a seat and let's move some weight! We will work for 45 seconds and rest or 15 seconds
