Train Along w/ an NFL Linebacker Who's Sole Focus Is On Improving Agility, Speed, and Explosiveness.

This is his Day 3 training session - Focusing on change of direction and agility, lateral power development, plyometrics, and rate of force development.

I always start training sessions w/ prep work - mobility focused movements for the hips, shoulder, and ankles. This session included the use of ELDOA's - designed to lengthen the spine and supporting fascia.
