Jessica Valant is a licensed physical therapist, certified Pilates instructor, and women’s health expert with over 25 years of experience. Her work is informed both by deep professional training and personal experience — including navigating endometriosis, infertility, prolapse, hysterectomy, and breast cancer — which fuels her passion for empowering women to live strong, safe, and confident in their bodies at every stage of life.
