Marcus Rios
Sports Training
Marcus Rios is a former professional football athlete turned elite performance coach, now leading the training brand “Undefeated Sports.” With a storied career spanning collegiate, NFL, and CFL levels, Marcus draws on his first-hand experience at the highest tiers of sport to help athletes unlock their full potential.
Raised with the dream of playing pro since childhood, Marcus earned 20+ full-ride athletic scholarship offers, went on to compete for the UCLA Bruins at Division-I level, and later played for the Denver Broncos (NFL) and the Winnipeg Blue Bombers (CFL).
His journey wasn’t without hardship: while at UCLA, Marcus survived a life-threatening rare infection — a battle that nearly ended both his life and his athletic career. Instead of giving up, he rebuilt himself from the ground up: reworking his physical conditioning, recovery, nutrition, and mental game. His comeback story — from hospital bed to professional athlete — embodies grit, resilience, and the mindset of “dominate every day.”
Today, Marcus channels that same drive into coaching. Through Undefeated Sports and his YouTube channel, he trains and mentors athletes of all ages and levels — from aspiring high-school stars to collegiate and pro-level hopefuls. His programs emphasize functional strength, explosive power, agility, speed, mobility, and mental toughness — the real-world skills needed to excel in sport and life.
