This pilates style abs workout is perfect to shape your waist and make your abs pop out.♥︎ These exercises target your core muscles, side abs, upper abs and lower abs. Let's meet on the mat!
▪️ Intensity: Medium
▪️ Recommendations:
• Make sure to press your lower back flat onto the mat. No gaps please. Hold this position also during leg lifts and lower your legs only as far as possible, even if there is only a minimum of motion. ALWAYS keep the tension and press your lower back onto the mat and engage your core!
• If your neck hurts while performing the exercises, you can lay your head on the mat and go on.
• Repeating the workout 2-3x per week works perfectly.
• For more burn, combine it with my other ab workouts.
