25 Min Grounding Yoga Flow | Full body slow stretch

Description

This daily yoga flow is designed to bring you back into your body and settle you into a more grounding energy. The sequence starts with postures close to the earth to provide stability and support and rises up to standing to bring you a balanced full body stretch.

Poses include seated hip circles, side body stretches, twists, eagle arms, cat/cow, downward dog, ragdoll, plank, cobra, upward facing dog, three-legged dog, lizard, IT band stretch, half splits + twist, reverse high lunge, reverse triangle, warrior II, triangle, revolved triangle, extended side angle, goddess squat + twist, standing wide legged forward fold, side lunges, toe stretch and neck stretches. The class ends with a seated reflection.
