27 Minute Full Body Strength Dumbbell Complex
Description
Feels great to be back fam! This is my first video in my new fitness studio and so far I am loving the space! Looking forward to bringing you amazing workout videos and more in this space.
For this workout, you will need a couple sets of dumbbells. I will be using 15 pound dumbbells through most of the workout and had to switch to the 5 pounds to not compromise form.
Workout Includes:
Warm Up
1 Jog
2 lateral lunges
3 Standing crunches
4 Mummy Kicks
Circuit 1- 3 Rounds
1 Squat Thrusters
2 RDL to Row
3 Lunge to Bicep Curl
4 DB Arnold Press
Circuit 2 – 3 Rounds
1 Manmaker
2 Bent over reverse fly
3 front/ lateral raise
4 Bicep Curl to front lift
Flash Out Cardio 45 seconds (body weight only)
1 High Knees
2 Stance Jacks
3 squat to back kick
4 jump squats
5 C2G Burpees
Cool Down
