The pace is intentionally steady so you can really focus on quality reps. Each movement is designed to target the rectus abdominis, obliques, and the full core with control and intention. We’re going 50 seconds on, 10 seconds off—all the way through 💪🏼
I love taking time to slow things down and isolate the core like this. If you’re pairing this with a strength session, cardio, or even after mobility work, it’s a great way to challenge your core from every angle.
Be sure to press your lower back into the mat during leg lowers, lift high in each crunch, and reset whenever you need by drawing knees to chest 🤍
