This workout uses compound movements to maximize strength, core activation, and calorie burn. Your heart rate will stay elevated the entire time with strategic bursts of low-impact cardio. We move through 4 blocks of work with 4 moves each, 40 seconds on and 15 seconds off, completed for 2 rounds.
This workout targets your entire body with dumbbells and a bench, and finishes with a mini band glute burner to fully round out your training. Perfect for building strength, improving endurance, and challenging your core from every angle.
