ARMS Workout at Home without Equipment - Standing Only || Best ARMS Workout
Description
Todays workout is a no equipment arms workout you can do at home. This focuses on the whole arm but especially the parts that some of you like to call bat wings or bingo wings (who came up with those names anyway? 😆) like i said, with this arm workout. there is no need for any equipment. It is excellent for toning up and getting strong, toned and defined arms (but not bulky or manly at all!)
Most people can do this workout everyday with no problems but check with your doctor if you have any questions, concerns, or special circumstances.
Always warm up for 2-3 minutes before doing ANY workout. Here's a good multi-purpose warm up that most people can easily do.
20 sec jumping jacks
20 sec squats
20 sec lunges
do twice
Be sure to consider the rest of your workout commitments as you decide which workouts to do. 20 - 30 min total per day is a good amount!
