BEST Full body workout you can do at home. No equipment. No dull moments :) You don't have to be perfect to do this full body workout, you just have to try and do your best.

Most people can do this bodyweight workout routine 3 times a week with no problems but check with your doctor if you have concerns! Remember to foam roll after doing any full body workout regardless of whether you use equipment. This is important to prevent soreness (so that you can come back the next day and do another workout :D)
