Jab, kick, and sweat with this 40-minute cardio kickboxing HIIT-style workout you can do anywhere with no equipment needed. High and low impact options will be provided.

Super sweaty, high energy and a killer workout!

Today we start with a full body warmup to prep your mind and body to WORK!

The Workouts - 3 Blocks - 3 moves - 45/15 Timing - Rounds each

Block 1
Jack and Jab
2 Hooks - 4 Fast Jabs
4 Kicks up - Hit the bag Back

Block 2
High low jabs to Side kick Right
High low jabs to Side kick Left
2 Jabs, 2 Uppers, In out

Block 3
Squat to kick on Cue
4 Uppercuts to Thrust back
Plank Punch

We end with an easy cooldown and stretch.
