Full Body Dumbbell Only Workout -The Best Baby-Wearing Friendly Training Session!

Don't worry about getting down on the floor, brining out a bench, or bending over today! We are rocking an entirely upright full-body strength workout today and all you are going to need is acouple sets of dumbbells and a glute band! This workout is perfect for all fitness levels but especially helpful if you want to wear a baby, rock a weighted vest, or just stay upright and not get much equipment out! We will work for 45 seconds and rest for 15 seconds
