I believe there's 3 specific training concepts that should be followed when trying to burn fat. Stick to these pillars and start building the body you deserve. But keep in mind, this video does NOT include diet advice and that's the most important change that needs to be made to see results.

BEGINNERS READ HERE:
You do NOT have to be able to do 10 reps straight for any of these exercises. You can do sets of 5 or 3 or 2.. However you need to finish all 10 reps before you move to the next exercise. Then you track how many rounds you can complete in the 15 minutes of time.
