Japanese Walking Workout 3x3 Interval Method // Low Impact to the Beat!
Description
Welcome to this fun interval 30 minute walking workout! The Japanese 3x3 walking method is three minutes of moderate pace walking followed by three minutes of a higher intensity pace. I've choreographed this workout so each interval follows a 3 minute song. The first song in each of the 5 blocks is around 120 BPM. We will do 3 moves within that 3 minute song. The second song has a BPM of approximately 130 BPM. In this interval we pick up the pace matching the music and add upper body movements to those same 3 moves.
