MIDDAY RESET YOGA – 10 min Yoga to Re-Energize (Afternoon Stretch, No Props)

Hey everyone, welcome back! I'm going to take you through this simple 10 minute sequence meant to replace that second cup of coffee in your mid-afternoon slump. This midday reset is a short but effective class to help you stretch from head to toe and get a boost of energy.
This is an all levels class with no props required. This class starts with breath of joy pranayama - my absolute favorite way to get revitalized! Afterwards we'll go through poses like tree pose, high lunge, lizard and child's pose.
