Relieve tension and hit the reset button after a journey with this gentle, 15-minute Post Travel Stretch. Whether you’ve been in a car, on a plane, or simply sitting for too long, this practice is designed to help you reconnect with your body and breath.
Travel can leave us feeling a bit stiff or out of sync, but just a few moments of mindful movement can make all the difference. In this short session, we’ll loosen the limbs, release built-up tension, and invite circulation back into the body with slow, intentional stretches.
Perfect for after a long day of movement (or stillness) this practice will help you feel more grounded, refreshed, and at home in your body.
All you need is a little space and a willingness to slow down. I’ll meet you on the mat.
