Strengthen and Tone Walking Workout!

Description

Welcome to this Body Kind Fitness mash up workout where we will use dumbbells to strengthen and tone the whole body! A quick warm up, followed by a strength and tone segment where we will use our dumbbells to add in resistance, finishing with a cool down and option for longer cool down. Grab the weights you are comfortable using, the first part focuses on lower body if you want to use heavier weights and the latter part is more arm and shoulder focused if you want to drop to a lighter hand weight.

This workout has been compiled from some of my previous toning workouts to give you a mix of a workout today! Enjoy!
