60 minute Pilates Strength!

This class is split into 2 parts - 40 minutes of Strength Training & 20 minutes of Pilates at the end. It can be done as one whole class if you have the full 60 minutes to spare, or split into 2 parts (and you'll see the respective parts in the app) - we are moving through 3 circuits and getting a stretchier Pilates portion at the end! Using bands & a mix of weights!
